TANGRAM

TANGRAM is an electronic music, and virtual poetry project conceived and directed by the Italian composer Fabio Armani. It is the name of an idea fragmented and still unique like the ancient tangram chinese game from which it derives its name. It is fragmented (or better dicotomized) in the different action fields, which represent the different interests of its main conceiver (Fabio Armani). The fields range from astrophisyc to optic, from elettronic music to acoustic, from poetry to computer graphics. The idea is still unique because all these action fields are focalized in the realization of a virtual performance.

Tangram is now distributing his own electronic records, titled Limbo and Tangram 7. These works are produced by the DIFFERENT LANDS independent label. The CDs are experimental collections of electronic and virtual poetry compositions for voice and electronics, samplers and keyboards.
